Built a fast evaluation system with 92% end buyer rate and average response time of 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Implemented deal optimization features, competitive cash offers system, and transparent assessment process. The platform includes nationwide coverage, referral fee management, and streamlined transaction processing to bridge the gap for wholesalers struggling to find buyers for unique property opportunities.

Created a professional business platform designed to streamline property disposition processes and enhance user workflow efficiency through secure access controls and comprehensive tracking capabilities.
Bombay Sandwich - Food Ordering Website
Bombay Sandwich Inc.
Built the brand and online ordering website for Bombay Sandwich, a home-grown family food venture serving authentic Bombay-style veg sandwiches in Windsor, Ontario. Developed a build-your-own-order flow with cart and checkout, a catering inquiry section, and a brand story rooted in Indian street food culture. Proof that I will happily write software for anything, especially when the requirements include real AMUL cheese, grilled fresh, no substitutes.

Created an elegant, golden-themed portfolio website for a Toronto photographer covering portraits, weddings, corporate events, and creative work. Built curated gallery collections backed by DigitalOcean Spaces for image storage, an admin panel for managing galleries without touching code, and booking-focused calls-to-action throughout. The photographer captures life's beautiful moments; I made sure the website loads them beautifully too.

Designed and built the website for Prayog Management, a South Carolina business consulting firm that turns owner-dependent businesses into scalable companies. Showcased their five-phase framework (Assess, Simplify, Systemize, Scale, Elevate), a portfolio of active businesses, client testimonials, and strategy-call conversion funnels, all wrapped in a sharp black-and-gold brand. It’s named after the North Star, because good technology should guide your business forward, not leave you wandering beyond the Wall. Powerful. Reliable. Scalable. (And yes, a few of the creations you scrolled past earlier shipped under this banner.)
